deposit
30% of cost of stay is required within 7 days of booking during high season, balance due upon arrival.

cancellation policy
During high season, 21 days notice is required for full refund of deposit. With shorter notice deposit is refunded only if room/ suite is re- booked. There is a $35.00 administration fee retained for cancelled reservations.

50% of cost of stay is required within 7 days of booking during high season, balance due upon arrival.

cancellation
- There will be a $100.00 (Cdn) cancellation fee for any cancellation to cover associated costs.
- A cancellation fee of $150.00 (Cdn) will be charged if you cancel with less than 60 days notice prior to your arrival date. The remainder of your booking fee and the security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your cancellation.
- If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, you will be charged the full amount of the rent. Should we secure another booking for some or all of the rental period, you will be refunded the amount of money recovered less a cancellation fee of $150.00.
- In the unlikely event that the rental property becomes unavailable, Beaver Lodge Bed and Breakfast will make every effort to find similar accommodation. Should that prove impossible, or if the property does not suit you, we will refund the full amount paid.
